As the tittle implies, here are eight tips that are extremely useful for long term living.
-1: Don't eat or drink Diet products:
Unlike what the general audience might believe, products that are "Diet" (usually those that're sweet yet don't have sugar) are much worse for your health than the normal versions.
This is because the substitute for sugar they use, sweetener, also known as "Edulcorante" or "Sacarosa" in Spanish, is more like a poison than a food ingredient.
Sweetener has a rather odd property, it aids blockage of veins and arteries. Studies find that just drinking diet coke rather than normal one doubles your chances of dying of
